Put Out the Patient, Nurse.

A surgeon sets fire to patient during an operation.

There's no way to make this sound like a good thing.

  1. Well, in some languages, to set fire to something also means to start something, as if to start an engine, so maybe some skilled man of words could just barely make it sound like a positive thing.
