Not confining itself to cow farts, Germany demonstrates that it has gone completely off the deep end by putting a bill before Parliament that would lower the voting age to birth.Rules for submitting comments:

Although they were only shooting for the vote for 15 year olds then, it wasn't until the end of the picture that it came around to bite them on the backside.
But in Germany, how could anything go wrong?
