Lacking a decent dictionary or even common sense, the Spanish parliament made a mockery of the concept of legal rights by granting them to apes.What could possibly go wrong?

In order to have rights don't you have to 1) know you have rights, b) understand what those rights are, and iii) be able to exercise those rights? Anything else is just slavery with a smiley face.
