Another reason why the Imperial system is superior to the anachronistic metric: Kilograms are unreliable.

I agree that there is something slightly silly about using a metal lump as reference, then being surprised when it goes out of whack. As is basing measurements on body parts (because all feet are the same size, aren't they?).
ReplyDeleteThe scientific method (basing the things on equivalent constant natural phenonema) is a much better idea.
